All bundled up

P1000764_2

Elizabeth & James puffer jacket, KL's cashmere sweater, AA leggings, Ann Demeulemeester boots

So I figured that today might be a good time to wear my E&J puffer blazer before the rains in SoCal cease. This puffer jacket is so much fun to wear...there's a slight tuxedo shape to the front before it puffs out gloriously behind into a cocoon like shape. In the recent cold temperatures, it has the comfort factor of wearing a mattress topper and I cannot say how much I love its unconventional shape, though I have been called Kenny a few times while wearing it.
Maybe it's a good thing it's not orange ;)

your e&j puffer jkt is so sick. and seriously, what better time than now to wear it during this cold wave we've been having.

and a big hug and congratulations for accepting the MBA program! leaving the corporate life does seem like bliss sometimes, doesn't it?

p.s. i laughed so hard when i read your comment about darkwing duck. i used to watch that cartoon religiously. now every time i wear a cape i'm going to think of that. Lol

Nina, thanks, I missed blogging too, but it was a treat to check out all the blogs that I missed, especially yours! And I am so eager to start school again, looking forward to taking time off to recharge and learn something new...*hugs back*

Anon - thanks

Alice - seriously, I am in awe of your snowboarding awesomeness!

Mark - I give you a big Yay because you always have something yaylicious to say..and which one is the Kenny jacket that you are referring to? All your jackets are so yaylicious that I make like a scratching purring cat whenever I see your pictures. Put on a pair of peeptoes and I'll have to dismiss your pictures from my eyes due to your overwhelming awesome-ness! B) Yay, Yay, Yay!

That is my below 30 degrees winter jacket here in NY. I love the shape too I'm not sure many commuters on the subway agree with me but no matter it's so warm and comfy.
